Joining a swim team is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in swimming at a young age and can be a transformational experience for your kids, offering a multitude of benefits. Swimming clubs offer a tremendous team spirit, not just among the kids in the pool but also between the parents who all share a common interest of seeing their children and the club do well.
Swimming is an important life skill that children and adults should learn as early as possible. There are many benefits in learning how to swim and it is an extremely important safety skill. Swimming is a unique activity that has the longevity of being a great form of exercise for toddlers, seniors and everyone in between. Swim lessons are important because they help teach your child proper swimming techniques, but also because it encourages them to be independent in the water.
Our school of swimming program is designed to create water-safety for children who enjoy spending time in the pool. “Drowning consistently remains the leading cause of death for children 1-4 years of age, and among the top five leading causes for those under the age of 18 years, both in California and in Orange County.” In order to minimize the risk of drowning for children ages 3+, our school of swim program is here to help!
